I would have given this place 5 stars but the new management seems to care little for the property. The old corporate manager from way up north would have had a stroke if he saw more than one vacant lot. The new guy... eh. He doesn't seem to care.

Very poor maintenance and a lot of empty spaces. Have been here since 1997 and have watched the park go downhill after Sundance Properties took over. This is what you get with an absentee owner. It has taken almost two (2) months to get my daughter's trailer set up. It was moved in August 23, 2017 and still is not finished. It is no wonder there are so many empty lots.
