Expensive, and misdiagnose. They heavily upcharge on parts, have hidden fees, and are always vague about what they think is wrong with the vehicle. Attempting to have them use your own parts will incur an uptick in labor charges so that they can still make more off of you. There are far better places, and definitely cheaper places.

Dropped my vehicle off Monday. I was told my vehicle would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. I received no phone call. Had to go into the shop in person Wednesday evening to be told that it would not be ready till Thursday. Again I received no phone call telling me when to get my vehicle. Called the shop Thursday evening and was told it would be ready Friday. Again I received no phone call letting me know that my vehicle was ready. Went to the shop in person on Friday evening and was charged an extra $65 for repair I didn’t ask for. Even if the repair was necessary I would’ve at least liked a phone call letting me know my bill was going to be significantly more than what I was quoted I will not recommend this place to anyone else.
Marsh Auto is by far the best. They know what they are doing and they will take care of your vehicle and provide you excellent customer service. Jim is a upstanding gentlemen who will communicate with you and will treat you well. I can't say enough about these guys and I am a loyal customer. Go to these guys!!!!!
Matt, Jim and the rest of the team are great. They are very responsive whenever we need anything with any of our cars. They are fast and efficient and the work always gets done right the first time.
