Adam at Niles Michigan Midas, was so very helpful at my time of need, he answered all my questions and was honest in every step he took, never water my time and was out for the best in my situation. I extremely recommend for any repairs or questions on a vehicle that you take it to Midas in Niles he will take care of you and is not in it just for a buck but actually cares about your time and situation at hand. Most overall great service from a auto shop I've ever had.
Decided to come back from this location after a bad experience due to crew changes made. Adam was very helpful and friendly. He answered all the questions my husband had and gave us more information on our truck. Its hard finding a good place to trust with your car or truck. As long as the crew stays the same I will be a returning customer with my fleet trucks as well as personal.
Perfect location, extremely affordable, caring, courteous and professional staff, awesome military discount! I was surprised at how quickly all the work I needed done was completed! I was in town for a wedding when the car sprung an oil leak. I brought it in on a Saturday morning explaining that I needed it fixed quickly. Adam took me in right away and had his boys start on it. Within an hour, the car was fixed and cleaned. At the end, they gave me a fair price and I was on my way. Thank you! Definitely a good experience in a tough situation.
